Looking good in middle age is really tricky for most of us who just don't have the money or the life we think we need to be fabulous. There are some simple rules you need to understand when it comes to turning back the clock and being the best heart happy you can be.

1. Give up alcohol, coffee and drink water/green tea only.

2. Stop smoking and exercise daily.

3. Eat 2000 calories per day.

4. Give up chocolate and cakes.

5. Keep out of the sun, use fake tan.

6. Do a little yoga every day.

Venus Cow did not say it would be easy but it is possible to turn back the clock if you follow the rules above and make it a lifestyle not a diet fad.

Most of you are probably thinking "No way, what would be the point of living?"

The truth is if you don't make changes in middle age, you are likely to die young anyway, so just change one pattern at a time and watch out for amazing results. If you are unable to make change in your life because you have no will power, recognise everything you do is a choice and you are in charge of your habits. If not, accept you are addicted and need help.
